Hey!
I was a subscriber of Beats Music for its curators and overall look and feel. However, it still has lots of bugs that need to be worked out, so I decided to drop it and go back to Spotify.
One thing that I've noticed is the difference between how the two services handle loss of cellular signal. I live in Chicago, so I am constantly riding the subway, which I lose service on a lot. With Beats Music, the album or playlist I was listening to would load all at once, so even when I lost signal, I was still able to listen to the album/playlist in its entirety because it had all loaded.
With Spotify, this isn't the case. The app loads one song at a time, so when I lose signal, I am SOL and I have to resort to "My Music" for offline play.
My question is what is the name of this feature that Beats Music has? Is there a way to figure out which streaming services have it? I like Spotify, but this is a huge letdown, as I spend about an hour of my day on the subway.
Thanks!
