Hello everyone!
I really need help to make a decision. I had every iPhone until 5s, got tired of tiny screens and became an Android user. For a while I just kept using them out of habit. Long story short, I currently have Samsung S20 FE, but looking at transitioning back to iPhone. 14 pro max can be had today from Apple Store for 200 canadian less than 15 max pro. I LOVE Deep Purple. Should I just go for it, if 15 Mac Pro doesn't look like a major upgrade?
If you had to buy a phone today, what would you do?

I bought a 14 pro max 2 months ago with a decent 15% discount on Amazon, there isn't anything in the 15 pro max that would make me update earlier than my planned 2 years. If you can get a good discount, I'd still recommend the 14 pro max.

(I'd also moved to Samsung, but am very glad to have come back to Apple. The battery life on my S22 Ultra wasn't good at all. The 10x zoom might be better on paper, but images were massively over processed.)

Agree on all the points about Samsung. Don't want to start going, but just because something looks good on paper does not mean it's great in real life. Personally, hate working on any computers/laptops that are not Mac and have never had a personal one that is not Mac. Phones are a bit different. I loved every Note I had, especially the 2nd rendition. But right now I sort of need an iPhone. My entire social circle is iPhone only and it makes communication in group chats basically impossible.

My difficulty is that I don't have to save $200... It's already a lot of money, and $200 make very little difference...
