Help me! Phone not responding.....

I was on a call, it beeped as someone was calling. I pulled away to see who it was and the screen was off, but phone was call waiting beeping. I hit the home button and nothing, I hit power button, nothing. Person I was on the phone with was still there. I finished that up and the screen never came on. I held both buttons to reset it, it restarted, sat on the boot logo for several mines to come up to my lock screen, but Ii will not respond when it comes up...I can't "slide to unlock". I called it and it does nothing. I reset it several more times and same response..loong boot logo, frozen home screen.
I am on 2.2 jailbroken. Was not messing with any phone stuff...simply talking now this. Anyone??

Sounds like you need to do a restore.

Try holding down the power and home button until it turns off.
