The ones I would suggest is the 2015 with the m395 and 2TB Fusion HD: http://www.apple.com/ca/shop/produc...uad-core-intel-core-i5-with-retina-5k-display or with the 3TB Fusion HD: http://www.apple.com/ca/shop/produc...uad-core-intel-core-i5-with-retina-5k-display.

If you could find a m395 with a 512GB or 1TB SSD would even be better. If you don't need it right now maybe you can wait and see what else is available. I was able to snag a refurb 2015 27" with m395, 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD. The SSD is crazy fast storage.

I'm going to keep checking. Seems like they change all the time. Did you notice any defects with your refurb?

I just ordered it and should be delivered on 10/31. I bought a refurb'd 2015 13" MacBook Pro, no issues with it. It looked like a brand new computer, just came in a generic looking box.
