I need some help. I just had my unlocked iPhone updated to a new version of software and now when I turn it on it starts using data roaming even though it is turned off in my settings. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I need help before I go broke!!

First off, what carrier are you using? If you are in the US and using at&t, then you aren't charged for roaming as long as you're within the united states. If it is showing roaming, then you are probably just off the at&t footprint of coverage. I would call customer service and ask them about it.
