I've been using Android for about 3 years now and I'm just about tired of it. It's a halfassed glue and tape mess. It makes no sense. Even just today I factory reset my GOOGLE nexus 7 and the damn keyboard app got deleted so i had no keyboard. How does something like that happen?! It's just pathetic and I need to switch to something that people control, and they know what they are doing.
I use an iPhone at work so I'm somewhat familiar with it. Most of my stuff is in the cloud so it won't be an issue transferring that stuff over. Right now my concern is how I'm going to use it to play music. I have never used iTunes but I have a library of like 5000 songs on a local computer, perfectly tagged, that I want to copy over and play using my new iPhone. How do I do this? On Android, you just plug your phone in to your computer, copy the files over to any directory, and the phone finds it and you're good to go. I'm pretty sure iOS doesn't have a user accessible file system. I cannot for the life of me find anything saying how iPhones play music. Is there a built in app? Do I need to jailbreak it?
