Apple Music Help me to understand Apple music app equaliser

Hello, i do use apple music app on my mbp. All songs are downloaded.
I took the time and set for each song preferred equaliser preset from the menu in the song info.
However, the equaliser settings doing no change in playback....only time when i hear difference is when i choose the preset manually in the equaliser window...
for what is the equaliser preset option in the song info? it has no function...
