MP 6,1 Help me understand these Kernel Panics

My new to me MacPro6,1 kernel panics

I thought, perhaps my Temperature Gauge Pro is a concern and
I have reinstalled the macOS and the problem continues. This happens multiple times daily.

First thing is always check the RTC battery voltage, via the I/O board RTC test points. See page 10 of the late-2013 Mac Pro Technician Manual:

Replace the BR2032 battery for one of the same model whenever is below 3.00V or you will have sleep crashes.

My personal take while doing late-2013 Mac Pro maintenance and is if the battery is around 3.10V, I always replace the RTC battery, since a brand new BR2032 is usually over 3.3V from factory and will take 5 years or more to get down to 3.10V, after that threshold is a very fast downhill and to replace the battery with a MacPro6,1 is a time intensive and very cumbersome process.

One probe goes to the circle dot highlighted in the picture you have provided. Where does the other probe go to?

Test point goes to the positive lead, any ground point, like the screw just below, goes to the negative lead.

Thanks, I took your advice too! I'm not sure if the new battery is original. But the BR2032 replacement was successful, the computer is working. I hope that the system will now be stable.

Extremely low, the RTC timesinceboot is definitively stuck when the Mac Pro is sleeping, it's probably the reason, or at least one of the reasons, of your KPs when sleeping.

Replace it as soon as you can with a brand new BR2032.

Upd. Two days later, my mac pro crashed in sleep mode due to a kernel panic. Still, changing the battery was an interesting experience, as well as a necessary dusting.
