Help Me with my OS Lion

I have a Mac Pro Xeon 64bit worksation with Mac OS Lion pre-installed and i also have Mac Pro with Mac OS Tiger 10.4.10 installed i transfer the Hard Disk of my Mac Pro OS tiger to Mac Pro OS lion and i try to boot the hard disk but its stop and not responding, anyone can help me how to boot the hard disk from Mac Pro OS Tiger to my Mac Pro Xeon 64 bit OS lion??

You can't boot a 2010 Mac Pro (?) with Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger, since it does not include drivers for hardware past 2007 Macs.
Why do you want to do it in the first place?

And as you mentioned in your other thread about installing Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard on that new Mac Pro, that you have a PPC Mac with a G5 CPU and Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger, do you mean that what you call a Mac Pro with Tiger is actually a PowerMac G5?

Boot your 10.4 disk in your old Mac Pro, change the permissions for your user directory for 'everyone' to 'read' and apply recursively.

Turn off your old Mac Pro, remove 10.4 boot drive, install in new Mac Pro in Bay 2, 3 or 4 (leaving 10.7 disk in).

Boot new Mac Pro, navigate to your 10.4 user folder and copy your information across.

or, more simply, if you have a firewire cable, run that 'migrate from another Mac' option?
