iPhone Help me!

Hey guys I just recently jailbroke my iphone 4 and its really great! Then again after certain amount of time passed by, when i was using wifi at my home it started switching to 3g then back again and when I watched youtube videos they would be really crappy qualtiy. Then after that my games that i have gotten from the app VShare start lagging. Please help me!

Applications that i have installed:
-Winter board (I have theme installed called Glasklart)
-SBSettings
-Activator
-VShare
-GPSPhone (gameboy emulator)
-gb4iphone (GBC emulator)
-RemoveBackground

When is the last time you rebooted your phone ?

hey guys i rebooted my then deleted some stuff like my theme so now everything is back to normal. Thanks you guys were a big help!!!
