Other Help! Move from Verizon to Apple to Upgrade

Hi! Can someone please help me??

I have iPhone XS Max I have on Verizon upgrade. I want 11 Pro Max this year. I am eligible to upgrade, but I want to do so through Apple this year.

Does Apple have where you handle the upgrade with them online or do I have to go into the Apple store? Will I have to pay off the XS Max first?

Very confused, please help! Verizon have digital chat and bad answers from agents. Rather deal with Apple, much nicer experience!

You can opt for Apple's flagship - iPhone Upgrade program also known as IUP... That way, you can keep Verizon and not deal with their installment plans...You can get an IUP preapproval too, should you choose to go that route. Its available on iOS Apple store app.

Since I only have XS Max phone half paid off, will I need to pay off the device with Verizon before moving to Apple flagship IUP?

Would like to roll over if possible. Knowing options help.

Since you don't have XS Max from Apple, you can participate fresh in IUP irrespective of how much XS M is paid off.
