Help. music shuts down when iPhone locks

I'm going crazy... I have an iPhone 6s with ios9 beta5 running on it and since i have gotten it the music shuts down when the screen locks... I also have a 6 running on the same beta which does not have the problem (and the 6s is backed up from that) I have done a complete reinstall, nothing helped... last week I thought I had found it, I toggled the background refresh buttonn a few times and it seemed to work again, but now it is back again.... does anyone has this bug? better still, knows how to fix it?

Haven't seen this. Can run for example, the Sirius app while the phone is locked.

yeah with me it shuts down any other music service in the background... I now got a solution from an old spotify user forum... by closing all the other apps in the background it solves the problem... so i suppose that some app hijacks the music in the background and if that app doesn't play all the background music quits
