W want to use 4 ipads to hold prices lists of various products we sell so at trade shows we instantly pull them up in front of the customer.

I am thinking this will involve using ibook's pdf viewing function but how can I group the various documents under one folder or "book". I have about 40 "books" to create with 1 -3 PDFs in each "book"

Any ideas or tips? Or maybe an app that is better than ibooks?

Have you checked out GoodReader?

Using bento might be a good solution. Have all the information stored in a database you can then use to search, filter etc.

If you're on a Mac, you can edit PDFs within Preview. Just open up one PDF in Preview, make sure the contents sidebar is on then just drag other PDFs to create each "book". Rinse and repeat and put into iBooks.

Fast PDF's new update allows for PDFs to be grouped into folders, displayed on the iBooks style shelving which looks really slick.

thanks everyone - I finished this aft - used fileapp as it allows direct USB cable in/out of everything and allows all sorts of files to be put on and viewed easily - PDF, PPT, JPG and xls....
