*Help* Need help going back to 3.0 firmware

I have an iphone 3g unlocked running on 3.0, I never upgraded I preferred my phone on 3.0. However I just recently put it in restore mode by mistake:mad:

What do i do to get it back to 3.0??? If I restore through iTunes it wants me to upgrade to latest version which I dont want.

Google for the 3G version of 3.0 official Apple firmware, download it, then either option + click (Mac) or shift + click (PC) and point iTunes at it.

Hint: There is a sticky in this forum about how to restore, top of the list of threads. You should probably look at it.
