Help!! Need original Other.artwork file

Hey guys, hope someone can help.....I screwed up and didn't back up my Other.artwork file in System/Library/Frameworks/UIKitframework and now I've got all kinds of problems. Most of my apps icons are fubared and the background for the clock lockscreen is messed up. I can't even get winterboard to open...🙁

PS...I'm running 2.2.1 (5H11)
