Resolved Help needed: At&T/eSim-Switch Primary and Secondary sims/labels on iPhone 11 Pro

So I made a hash of trying to activate my iPhone 11 Pro for a family member on AT&T. My old SIM card apparently has been de-activated, so the number/line that I activated online is on the eSim. That's fine, but I'd like to now switch the eSIM to be the primary SIM (it's now listed second), and re-label it to be the "Primary" SIM (and re-label the secondary/physical SIM). When I got to Settings-General-About, I don't see a way to easily do this.

I obviously should have paused when all the prompts started showing up! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
