Help needed : categories.app installed with installer and removed with Independence

I installed categories.app using installer and it hang my phone. I got scared and I removed categories.app using Independence, now my phone is ok but i cant uninstall categories version1.40.

Any help regarding this

You may want to try reinstalling it via Independence, and then see if you can uninstall via Installer. The problem is that Installer is having trouble finding files it expects to find.

Thats true, but i am not able to find the categories.app file to install thru independence so that i can fix the problem.
