I need help from the experts. I have a 2013 13" Air. I've been working from home using a third-rate USB-C hub with a 24" external HP monitor. The HUB is garbage, often has to be unplugged and plugged back in to get the external display to work. I believe this is resolved by getting rid of the USB-C hub and going with a TB3. My problem is this... I can't find a TB3 hub, that isn't ridiculously expensive, with dual HDMI ports. Here is an odd request, and I think where my biggest problem is. I need the hub to be compatible with an HP laptop as well. I've found a few options that look great, only to find out they aren't Windows compatible.

Whatever recommendations people have, I'm open to it all. I don't want to spend north of $200 if I can avoid it, but I'm also not interested in another $35 hub, like the POWLAKEN I have now, that always needs to be unplugged and plugged back in to work.
