Hi

Need some help, bit urgent. My MacBook Pro with Big Sur is just unable to get on my preferred wifi network. Below is the setup for my home;

I have 2 wifi zones with different names;

Wifi 1. From the service provider modem + wifi - in living room area.
Wifi 2. I've extended a 30 feet cat-6 cable and connected it to airport router in my bedroom.

for all the reasons unknown to me, the MacBook or Big Sur is just unable to detect my bedroom wifi; It is able to detect all the other neighbor wifi but not mine. If I delete the wifi-1 from above, it will detect wifi-2 and then latch on it. But not when both are added as preferred wifi networks.

All my iOS devices are easily able to connect to both the wifi zones.

Please help on how to debug this and resolve the issue.

thx.

Also, my MacBook is practically right now places next to the Wifi-2 .. so distance between them cannot be an issue.

Managed to fix it now; I had to delete the wifi adapter and reset it; Now added the wifi networks and it seems to be connecting to both the wifi zones.
