I jailbroke my ATV2 back in January and installed XBMC on it. It's run fine since then and I never bothered to upgrade the OS. Last week - for reasons I still can't fathom - the ATV lost it's ability to recognize my home network (wireless or ethernet was just the same). So I figured the only thing to do was restore and this is where I'm not sure what's going on.
Since SeasonPass is supposed to work with the current version of iOS I thought I would just upgrade to that and then jailbreak again with SeasonPass. But nothing doing - iTunes gives the error "This device isn't eligible for the requested build". What gives? I don't have any old SHSH blobs (whatever they are) since I seem to have lost them even though I did save them when I did my first jailbreak in January.. Any clues what to do? I don't really care what version of iOS I have as long as I can jailbreak. I've tried GreenPoison and I couldn't get that ot work either.
