Help Newbie! iWeb Navigation bar color? HOW?

I can't figure out how to change the navigation bar color? I have a grey background and the words are hard to see now. But I can't click on the words like with other text, so I can't seem to change the colors (i.e., highlight/ no highlight)

Any help would be appreciated!

I think that if you change the theme it should work... But I am no iWeb expert.

You should just be able to change the colour of the text by using the Inspector icon. Click it and it should come up with a whole heap of options for layout/colour/etc.
