HELP No airport hardware found

I need some help I tryes searching through the forums and such but couldn't find anything. I restarted my 2.0GHz core duo MBP and when I did the airport icon in the corner was gone when I went to try to turn it back on in Internet connect it said "no airport hardware found" can anyone help? Thanks
