Sorry if this is a stupid question or in the wrong place, but I can not figure out how to permanently delete an app? Even in iTunes, after I have unchecked the app, when I sync, iTunes sometimes puts it back on my iPad. And I can't figure out how to delete it off my iMac, so it just stays there. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Delete the app on your iPad. Go onto iTunes and in the sidebar, select "Apps." Then, find the app that you just deleted on your iPad and delete it from that list.

Thanks for your response. In iTunes, when I select the app, I cannot find the pull down menu command that would allow me to delete it.
