Help on installing app / suggest good application to download installer from app store

Hi, I would like to install few apps from app store, but i get "not available in your country " message when i open the link that open to the app store.

Is there any way i can get the app from the app store? It would be good if i can directly download all data from app store just using mac app store link

In the App Store on your Mac, assign a country or region to view corresponding content.

It may not be that easy, because as part of the validation of location they'll need to provide a credit card with a mailing address in that same country.

There are a variety of reasons App Store, iTunes, Apple Music, Apple TV+, etc. are country-specific. Some has to do with local laws - some kinds of apps/content are not permitted in particular countries. Some has to do with language - whether the app developer wants to produce a native-language version of their app, or whether an app developer/media producer chooses to sell in a particular country... And those are only some of the reasons.

Altogether, Apple is pledged to follow the local law wherever they do business, so every country has its own App Store (and media stores) to ensure compliance. Apple also has an obligation to not make it easy for the citizens of those countries to circumvent those laws.

I figured it wouldn't be that easy, though the article made it sound like just a flip of a switch kind of thing. And I'm assuming a VPN wouldn't do anything since they base it off your Apple ID info, not your IP.

Hey it works now.
I tried that before this too with few region change but it doesn't working at all.
But after you suggest this again, then i got the idea to try locate where the apk is originated from, then enter the details of same place.
