i had a iphone 3g and was on my 11 month of the free web & wifi bolt on and i bought the new 3gs then transferred my old number to my new phone. How i can transfer the new 12 months of free web & wifi to the 3GS

i bought the new 3gs then transferred my old number to my new phone.

By the sound of it you are using the new SIM that came with the 3GS and got the number transferred from you old SIM. If thats the case then you've already got a new 12 months of free web and wifi.

If all you did was put you old SIM in your new iPhone then what you need to do is use the new SIM, but ring O2 and ask them to transfer the old number to the new SIM.

yeh i did use the new sim and transferred the old number but i got a text for 02 saying i will be charged 10 per month on the 21st of november or is this a normal text and will i still get the 12 months

well the 12 months are up and 02 are requesting £10 out of my balance but i only have £8 - how can i use the new bolt on pack

Call O2.

When I bought my 3GS (and transferred over my number from 3G) I still had a couple months of the Web and Wifi to run (from the 12 months that came with the 3G). I started getting messages that they intended to take £10 when that ran out. I called O2 and they activated the 12 months' Web and Wifi Bolt On that came with 3GS. They had me fax over the 3GS receipt.
