Let me start from the beginning to my long story. I had a perfect iPhone, until small bubbles started developing under the screen. So I called AppleCare, and they told me to send it in. Fast and Great service, they choose to replace my iPhone with a different phone. When I received my replacement phone I inspected the phone to find a problem in the bottom left corner of the screen. The screen is not firmly in place in that corner thus makes a noise when it is pressed. So I called AppleCare and again fast response, this time they said that they repaired the Replacement iPhone.

I just opened the box and to my surprise its the phone wrapped liked they serviced it but the problem is still there. So now what do I do? Should I call AppleCare and complain? or Go to the nearest Apple Store. Sorry I'm pretty new to being an Apple Customer (Just bought an iPhone and iMac this year). Please Help.

If you can get to a store, that would be your best bet-- that way if they give you a replacement, you can check it out immediately in front of someone and solve any issues right there

She is right. Plus you can show them the flaw you are talking about
