Hi everyone, I'm trying to figure out what is causing kernel panics on my Trashcan Mac Pro 6.1.
Looked around for a long time, I did not get a specific answer for my issue. Maybe some of you are experienced in reading the log and have some suggestions on what to do next.

Thank you for the reply

It is indeed a replacement, bought from OWC.

Any ideas if this is can be fixed?
Is there more information that i can provide?

-It seems to occur with sleep/ standby
-Lately it frequently occurs randomly (interface becomes laggy and unresponsive)

The only thing that you can do yourself, besides replacing the blade, is to upgrade to the current MP6,1 BootROM. MP61.124.B00 is the first High Sierra BootROM release, back from September 2017 where Apple just started supporting NVMe with late-2013 Mac Pro.

Install your original AppleOEM blade back to the internal MP6,1 SSD slot and upgrade your firmware for the current version (BigSur 11.2RC2 MP6,1 BootROM is 427.0.0.0.0) installing Mojave/Catalina/BigSur.

Hi tsialex, thanks for the reply again

Small problem, what should i do if i don't have the original blade?
