I've been banging my head against the wall over this for the past week... :D

iTunes can recognise the iPhone, i can access the 'sync' feature, the data transfers but when i navigate to the 'ipod' app it doesn't recognise anything?

Version: 1.13 (4A93)
Model: MB384LL
Firmware: 04.02.13_G
OS: Windows XP (Yes i know it's a MAC forum )
iTunes: 7.6 (Tried 7.4 on another machine also)

Tested with movies + mp3s.

Any suggestions???

Thanks

Ok don't freak out. Lol! First, plug you phone to your computer and open iTunes. Once it recognize your phone navigate that thru iTunes. You'll see all your options (Info, photos,Music,Video, etc). Click on my music and make sure you put a check mark to where it says "Sync Music" then hit apply at the bottom.

Thanks for the reply mate.

I've tried the above on both v7.6 and v7.4 of iTunes and it still doesn't recognise what i've transferred onto the iPhone.

iPod on the iPhone says "'No Videos' You can download videos from iTunes." as with Podcasts etc.
