Help please: Enterprise bulk buying of apps for clients? Can it be done?

Hi guys,

I would like to have an app that has an "Enterprise Edition". Thus a company in the related industry can purchase an application for employees that have an iPhone. App would be a monthly subscription. I would like it so that the more apps that a company purchases the cheaper the individual cost for the app becomes.

Eg 20 to 30 users - $20 per app / month
30 to 40 users - $17.50 per app / month
and so on.

Is there anyway this could be done?

Just approach the developer, directly. They could create an enterprise version of the app, or client-server payment mechanism, outside the app store. I was at Macworld and PayPal among others was demonstrating such integration.

You could make your app free, and require authorization for ongoing usage. Just make sure you include a testing code/login/password in the itunesconnect instructions for the Apple reviewer.
