Just upgraded my iPhone SE (2020) to iPhone 14 Pro.
Wiped SE to give to daughter and set it up using her existing Apple ID she uses for her iPad (and did transfer of apps and settings)
Her Apple ID is under Family sharing.
When I try to FaceTime her from my iPhone 14 it does not ring on the iPhone SE. It does ring and connect on her iPad.
She can initiate FaceTime call to me and it rings and connects on my iPhone and on my MacBook.
I can initiate FaceTime call to the iPhone SE from my MacBook and connects fine.
Reset iPhone SE has been activated with a SIM but does not currently have one installed as she won't be getting Cellular access (wifi only or hotspot to my data). Messages seem to work fine. Have tried all the usual steps - reboot, signing out of Apple IDs and back in again, checked for any blocks and to ensure FaceTime caller ID shows the same on my iPhone 14 and MacBook. All Screentime permissions all seem correct.
Tearing my hair out with a nine year old desperate for me to sort the phone so she can get it. Help Please!
