Help! please Quick! recover deleted text file

i don't know how i did it...

trying to move a BBEdit file to the Dock ended up in the Trash and somehow Deleted...

the file is nowhere to be found... just the Preferences file is on the HD...

this File is the most important document i have!

there is no alternative! i MUST recover this file...

Backups are great, aren't they?

Stop using the computer right NOW and get some file recovery software such as Data Rescue II.
