After browsing this forum and all the internet since the morning, I decided to describe you my situation better, I may get some help.

So: I've neverlocked my phone today in the morning, and the guy who told me it's done adviced me to restore my phone and activate it with any Sim. So I tried to do so and I've been running around the errors 3194 and 1600 all day.
When I get rid of the error 3194 I get the 1600 error, when I do something that should remove error 1600 I get the 3194 error.

I've read around the forum that I should create myself a custom Ispw file with Shsh Blobs, did that but wasn't working for 5.1.1, and now I've frozen my phone on apple logo boot screen and Tiny Umbrella won't recognize it to get another Shsh Blobs (cause I;ve deleted the first ones) and uncheck the option 'Set Hosts to Cydia on Exit' for my device.

Can I fix it somehow or just... throw it outside the window as there's nothing left to do?

Sorry for my bad English, hope u understand, else just ask and I will try to explain better as I really need your help.

Looking forward to hearing from you,
Marcward

We cannot help you without knowing which phone, which firmware, which baseband and how (which method) you expect to unlock with.

The 3194 error indicates host file is pointing to wrong place or you didn't save SHSH

I got an iPhone 4 which had 5.1.1 jailbroken firmware before, baseband 4.12.01. It has been unlocked, so I don't wanna do that anymore, I just want to successfully restore it. without getting the 1600 error (which I'm stuck at right now)

try PWNed DFU mode u need PWNED DFU for custom ipsw

Make sure your host file is pointing to apple.
On your pc/mac type gs.apple.com in your browser.
If it takes you to an apple placeholder page thats ok, if it takes you cydia you need to adjust the host file.

If your phone is now factory/imei unlocked than you can go into DFU-mode and restore to latest 6.1.2 firmware and jailbreak.

this is where it takes me

I am in Pwned DFU and no matter what version of ISPW I'm trying to install, it will keep giving me that error.

Don't use pwned DFU, use regular DFU

Your host file is fine with this.

To get in to DFU:
Connect USB
Hold home and power until phone turns of
Keep holding both for 3 more second
Now release Power while holding home for another 10 seconds
Screen will be black and itunes reporting a phone in recovery mode ( which it is not, but itunes doesn't know DFU)

Hit restore in itunes and it will restore to 6.1.2

got it, worked, thanx man for opening my eyes! all goods to you and your family, have a wonderful life!
