Restore your iPhone. There is no way to get your icons back. However, be sure to have ipsw from your current iPhone version/firmware.

what does ipsw mean? and like how do I unlock it so everything works? and where do I get version 1.1.1. from? kindly link me to this tutorial please.

There is a way to get them back, but it involves editing the .plist file for the app you'd like to show.

"ipsw" is the iPhone / iPod restore file extension.

If you're not comfortable editing files, best bet would be to restore.
