Help please

Hi! My iMac has a screen issue(backlight bliding and colour gradation) and i wrote a letter to APPLE to replace it and they wrote me to make a photo and sent them.
Please give me some advises how to make a better photo of screen to make the issue better viewed.

Use your camera on "Auto" and lighten the image using exposure compensation or bracket the camera exposure until it looks the same as your screen. If your camera doesn't allow you do either, lighten the image in Photoshop or similar.
