HELP PLESE unlocking isnt workin

Hi,

I recently got an Iphone 2g with 3.0 and downloaded Redsnow and tried loading it to unlock my phone. I get it installed but I never get the pinapple and when I am done it puts the phone in recovery mode....i cant seem to get anything to work. Please help me. Also it wont let me do **** RESTORE and restore 3.0....I can get to it and it runs but then it does error.

If you can't get it working at all, put it in DFU mode and let iTunes restore it to 3.0 - hold down shift (windows) or option (mac) when you click restore in iTunes and it will let you browse to choose the 3.0 firmware.

Then follow labman's link above.

If RedSn0w stalls at "waiting for reboot", you just need to unplug the usb cable then plug it back in after a couple of seconds
