Help plz.. no option to turn off/on NC on MBP!

You know how when you hover over the volume button on a MBP, you should see a submenu with options to turn off and on noise Cancellation on your airpods pro? I don't see that? I only see e options disconnect, left battery level, right battery level and open sound preferences?

Oh I see. How about in the bluetooth preferences, do you have options there?

I am out of suggestions, unless it's your version of MacOS. I am on 10.15.1

That‘s not the volume button on your screenshot. You‘re hovering the bluetooth icon. Try to click on the speaker symbol in the menu bar.

Its definitely there in a submenu on 10.15.1, cant remember if its Bluetooth or volume icon but saw it on mine last night.
