I'm trying to decide if it's worth selling outright, or if I should just do something like macmeanoffer. I have a late 2013 iMac 21.5" in mint condition (original box, though I think some of the styrofoam from it is missing, and all accessories in perfect condition). It is the "base" model for that year, so the 2.7gHz Intel Core i5 processor, 8 gigs ram. How do I find out what this is worth to decide if I want to try and sell myself?

You could check places like macmeanoffer you mentioned or Gazelle, then compare what they offer to recently ended eBay sales for your same iMac and that would give you and idea of what to expect. You will for sure get more selling yourself somewhere like eBay or Craigslist, but it is more hassle and work. I guess you have to decide if it is worth it.

look on eBay and filter to "sold listings" to get an idea. remember they take 13% or something between eBay and paypal.
