help problem with download

hi
i facing a problem when i try to download program on my iphone its stuck
and when i try to do it via itune its just get a message can not install some program on your iphone as unknown error occurred so please help

First...do NOT use your iPhone to download and install/upgrade Apps...70% of the time and for a lot of users, it is causing the iPhone to lock up requiring a complete restore.

For iTunes, just re-authorize your computer. It will not count against your authorized 5 and seems to fix the issue of recognition.

Remember that today's (possible) release of 2.1 and 8.0 could fix all of this and my advice becomes moot.

When you try to download through your phone by stuck do you mean just taking forever? If so lately some Apps took forever to install when downloading through phone. Just waited and it finally went through after about 10 mins.

With itunes I go the unknown error occurred but usually after I sync for second time it goes through.

I restored my phone and setup as a new device (you lose any saved progress in games or apps) and I only install/update through itunes now. Seems to run better now. Syncs somewhat quicker. Less errors. Not really a solution but helps some at least in my case.
