i have a unibody macbook pro 2008

and i installed vista home premium with updates

and when i play dawn of war

the game keeps freezing and quitting at random times

everything else works fine, but only the game quits

and i use the 9600 ge force card

any ideas?

It could be an over heating problem due to insufficient cooling with the Windows drivers. Go to the Nvidia web site and have it analyse your graphic driver. It will offer you a download which you should install. If that doesn't help you may be just asking too much from a mobile system in terms of heat transfer. You can potentially reduce your settings.

yeah but my frend has an MBP his is the one above mine with 2.8 ghz and 4g RAM , but still 15 inch and he doesnt have problems and i did the nvidia thing and it didnt work
