Help! Quark Xpress 6 - HTML Web Feature

How easy is it to convert print pages to HTML? I did have a play around and the HTML editor was not able to source images. The text used is converted to graphics, which is fine if the graphic would then show up! if i do not convert to graphics then the images appear over the text without "runaround" - Can anyone help??
