help recovering deleted note

I am a new iphone user. I deleted a new note on my iphone (note had some important information - don't they all!) by accident and would like to recover it. The note was created after the last iphone sync so it is not on my computer. Is it possible to recover a note from the iphone? I still have not sync'd the iphone yet so as to not disturb it's storage system.

Thanks in advance for any help available. I have done an interent search but that has come up empty.

Nope. It's gone.
And notes don't sync over to your computer.

Technically there's a slight chance it's still there, a forensic recovery would have to be done. Sure I know how to do these, but by using your iPhone everyday you may have already overwritten the blocks the note was stored in.

Essentially however I would say you are "f00ked".
