[help] remove toolbar in microsoft word

1. basically i have this toolbar that i don't want to see again.
2. it is only two icons, yet it takes up an entire row
3. i don't need it
4. it's a pdf converting toolbar.

how do i remove it? the attachment shoud explain itself.

i have tried removing it by deleting the toolbar, deleting it in toolbar preferences, and still i everytime when i restart word 2004, it is there again. i want to remove. Please Help.

Ah. thanks for the links. very helpful. i previously created another thread identical i think, but i thought that i didn't send it so i created another one. looks like the old one is posted. so, now i accidentally have two treads that have the same purpose from me. sorry.

the removal of the toolbar is like going to the urinal after drinking 5 cans of soda, THEN watching Lord of the rings: FOTR, and then dashing out to the toilet. what a pleasant relief! thank you for helping me. i was about to go insane...
