Help!! Removed customize and intaller keys

In her wisdom my wife has been messing around with the customize features on my jailbroken iphone...and removed both the customize and installer key from the homescreen....is there an easy way to get these back?

I did that...had to restore. I deleted every icon off the homescreen. And dock.

restore is the only fix i know
