Help: removed noslowanimations but my animations speed didn't reset?

The app is removed from Cydia and I have no tweaks that would speed up my animations?

How do I get them back to default? Even if I redownload noslowanimations and disable it, then uninstall, the animations are still way too quick.

Ah, shoot. I didn't read your original post carefully enough. Sorry about that.
That is a quandary. Not sure what to do!

THat's what I did - when I uninstall it goes back to very quick

I use iCleanerPro to remove cached files. If I delete a tweak, I go to the plus sign on the bottom left of the screen and then tap on Preference files. I look for any files with the tweak that I deleted. Tap on Edit and delete that file. Then I go back to the main page and tap on the paintbrush and then tap on clean to remove the file and delete cached files.

If you have iFile you can check for files for noslowanimations in library/preference bundles or library/preferenceLoader/preferences or var/mobile/library/preferences and delete then respring. The iFile trash can is located var/mobile/library/ifile/trash.

Do you have Springtomize installed? I had the same thing happen, and when I went in and uninstalled Noslowanimations it stayed fast, and it turned out because I also had the animation speed enabled and turned up in Springtomize. Other apps have speed control built in so that may be it.
