Hi guys,

I recently used fiverr to get a quick stand in logo developed for my site wireframe. Ufortunately, he left the logo on a white background, which looks kind of dumb on the site (boo white triangles). Would someone be willing to remove the white background of the image for me (or make it transparent)? Or perhaps explain how I can do it? I don't have access to photoshop.

Thanks all!

When I dragged the image to my desktop it didn't have a white background so not sure why it would have a white background for you.

Thanks, sim! Exactly what I wanted. It seems easy given how quickly you responded -- how can I do it for myself next time?

And thanks for the link, mac.

Same here. Opens in photoshop with a transparent background already.

Was he just talking about fringe? If so, that can be taken care of with Layer -> Matting -> Defringe.

I didn't really see very much of a white fringe on the original, but there was one there.
