iPhone Help! Restored my iPhone and I can't receive calls

So I tried the hack tmobile carrier update

Did everything (jail broken by the way)

And when I was done I realized I couldn't txt people or receive calls.

So I did the reverse to get everything back to normal. It turns out I can't call still even after trying to revert everything back.

So I restore my iPhone through itunes( losing my jailbreak btw)

So now I'm in iOS 7.1. Did not use backup.

So I tried to see if calling works and it still doesn't!! Neither does texting. I can call but I can't receive calls! I've restored like 3 times already and it's still the same.

What happened????

Is the tmobile carrier version 16.0? Or 15.6?

I seem to have 16.0

i did it and it was fine. you should be on T-Mobile 15.6 as far as I'm aware of. I don't think there is such a thing as 16.0 (unless that's new for 7.1)

the T-Mobile carrier package hack is suppose to bring you to T-Mobile 16.4
