General Help restoring original carrier bundle

I messed up my carrier bundle and lost my backup in the process. Is anyone able to send me their copy of "Telia_se.bundle" from an iPhone 6 iOS 8.1?

I'd restore to 8.1 again but iTunes must have deleted the ipsw file and it would take a day to download it again as my ISP is having major issues with my connection. Landline phone is dead and with speeds that were already terrible last night is even worse today. I don't have enough left of my data to download it through LTE either.

Maybe you can try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

After the phone restarts you can check Settings > General > About and wait a few seconds. If there are newer carrier settings it will notify you. You will need a wifi connection to do this.
