Help rMB having trouble bootinf

I've had the beta on my MacBook since it was released no issues. But today I went to use my max and it's been stuck on this screen below. Even when I reset it will go back here saying internal error installation of osx before this. But I was not installing anything and it won't let me go into safe mode or recovery mode. Any help?

May or may not help, but try rebooting into Safe Mode by holding down the shift key...

I don't have an answer for you but I am surprised they chose to use a contraction in the reason. Guess they wanted to make the error seem more friendly.

I spoke with apple support and got it resolved. They haven't seen this issue before either. But I went into internet recovery mode ready to reinstall the os and then bam a safari window popped up with a gray back round. They had me quit safari and then it just booted as normal was really weird.
