iPhone X HELP - Screen partly white. HOW TO FIX??

Hello. My new iphone X fell today and this happened to the screen.
Does anyone know what it may be and how to fix it?

It means the screen is broken...done for...no longer working.

That’s a screen replacement I’m afraid, LCD’s crack when dropped OLED’s get weird coloured lines down them.

The display or some other hardware has been damaged from the fall. Your only option is to take it to Apple and tell them what happened. You may get a sympathetic response but, be aware that type of damage isn’t a defect so not covered under warranty...

If you're in the U.S.
With AppleCare+ it's $29.
Without AppleCare+ it's $279.

This screen is dead. Possibly the logic board. It likely got wet or took a hard impact. It’s possible it can also happen through no fault of your own (tin whiskers) however, whatever the cause this is not self serviceable (unless you are very skilled)
