Looking to sell my 5s and I want to ask for advice before I do anything.

My 5s is unlocked.

If a potential buyer wants information, what is the information that I can or can't share with them?

I've read mixed thoughts on providing IMEI.
Some say yes while others say no.

At most, all I should provide if asked is the IMEI to check the phone is not stolen
and that it really is unlocked, right?
There's nothing else I should provide?

Thanks.

i am not affiliated with them, i just used them once

try swappa.com , it only costs $10 per listing , $5 more if you want it "featured", i.e. "twittered" , they check the IMEI for you. and the buyer only gets the IMEI once a transaction has occurred

Check iPhone model, region, network, production date, warranty and other specification, may be can give them imei and serial to they check Blacklist (lost, stolen) or FMI.
